Searchers type places, not districts. People look for something near Carlmont Village, along Ralston Avenue or at the Safeway center, and some cross the invisible line from Redwood Shores, next door on the east side yet part of Redwood City. Google Ads in Belmont therefore leans on location assets with exact addresses and on radii drawn around the centers rather than the city boundary.

Cleaners, tutors, clinics and repair crews in Belmont run a daytime schedule with promises about response time and a booking link. The hourly report shows whether lunchtime or mid-afternoon earns more calls.
Belmont and Hillsdale stations
Takeout, dry cleaners and quick services near Belmont station, 995 El Camino Real, switch on when trains arrive and close their ads before the late hours.
