Median household income is $122,902, the median home is worth $861,800 (the typical city: $667,400), median rent is $2,498 and 52.7% of adults hold a bachelor's degree versus 34%. 18% work from home
With 18% of workers at home and shorter commutes, weekday afternoons carry call extensions and appointment links. Evening bids stay modest unless the monthly report shows calls.
